From product demonstrations and technical exchange to installer recognition, EP Cube engaged partners across Europe to explore new opportunities in residential and light C&I energy storage.
RIMINI, Italy, March 6, 2026 -- EP Cube, a residential energy storage and management solution provider under Canadian Solar, successfully concluded its participation at KEY - The Energy Transition Expo 2026, held at the Rimini Expo Centre from March 4th to 6th. During the three-day event, EP Cube highlighted its latest home energy storage systems, smart home integration through one app experience, EV charging capabilities, and light commercial and industrial (C&I) solutions.
KEY is one of Europe’s leading trade fairs focusing on technologies, services, and solutions for the energy transition. It brings together industry leaders, technology providers, policymakers, and innovators from across the energy ecosystem. This year, the event saw approximately 50,000 to 60,000 visitors.
Leveraging this collaborative platform, EP Cube actively engaged with its European installer network and industry partners. Through workshops and the installer awards, EP Cube celebrated partner achievements, shared practical technical insights, and deepened ecosystem collaboration.
Italy is EP Cube’s key market in Europe, where energy transition policies and rising demand for distributed solar-plus-storage are accelerating the adoption of residential energy solutions.

At the show, EP Cube demonstrated how “human-centric energy, built for real homes” comes to life through an integrated home energy ecosystem that connects storage, solar, monitoring, and EV charging in one coordinated experience.
At the core of its residential offerings is an all-in-one home energy storage and management solution built for long-term value. The modular, scalable design—offering up to 6 kW AC and 5–20 kWh capacity—can easily grow with household needs while ensuring a streamlined, installer-friendly setup. The system enables homeowners to store solar energy, secure whole-home backup during outages, and efficiently manage electricity bills, and is further complemented by integrated residential EV charging capabilities ranging from 7.4 to 11 kW AC.
Highlighting its advanced smart home capabilities, the system integrates seamlessly into daily life through HomeConnect and an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI). This connectivity allows users to effortlessly monitor and manage their household energy through a single app, providing real-time visibility into system status, battery levels, and energy flow, alongside comprehensive long-term performance insights.
For large residential and light commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, EP Cube showcased its three-phase solutions featuring scalable storage capacity of up to 200 kWh. These systems are designed to provide a reliable energy supply and maximize renewable energy utilization for office buildings, small factories, commercial spaces, and distributed energy projects.
EP Cube was also featured across the show floor through its distributor and installer network, creating multiple touchpoints for visitors to experience EP Cube solutions.
At EP Cube, partnerships are foundational. At KEY 2026, EP Cube celebrated the installer community through hands-on workshops and the TOP Installer Award, reinforcing its commitment to growing together with partners across Europe.
EP Cube hosted a TOP Installer Award Ceremony to recognize outstanding installer and partner achievements. Their technical expertise and exceptional customer service have been instrumental in driving the adoption of residential energy storage. Through these awards, EP Cube aims to inspire the broader installer community and work together to accelerate the growth of the home energy storage market.
In addition, EP Cube welcomed partners from across Europe to its Installer Workshop Arena for a series of hands-on workshops. These sessions focused on technical exchange and experience sharing, covering installation best practices, commissioning workflows, and a range of real-world application scenarios. Through the program, EP Cube provided a platform for deeper product understanding and strengthened its connection with the installer community, supporting a consistent, trusted customer experience.
Italy is a strategic market for EP Cube in Europe, operated by a strong local team to ensure the technical support and product accessibility, supported by local partners, distributors, and installer communities, and strengthened by growing demand for distributed solar-plus-storage.
