MUNICH, Germany, June 25, 2026 -- EP Cube, the independent residential energy storage brand under Canadian Solar, has successfully concluded its showcase at Intersolar Europe 2026 (Hall B2, Booth 250). Highlighting the event were the announcements of its next-generation product lineup, advanced smart home integrations, and an industry-first art collaboration with artist Alice Hoffmann that advocates energy storage as a lifestyle choice while highlighting the unique, award-winning design that sets EP Cube apart in the market.
"Europe is leading the global energy transition and demands solutions that integrate seamlessly into both homes and businesses," said Susanne Pflug, Chief Commercial Officer of EP Cube. "Our expanded portfolio reflects our commitment to meet this market's evolving needs and customer feedback through robust R&D and dedicated local support."

EP Cube Single-Phase 2.0 delivers 10 kW AC and 15 kW DC power in a more compact design. Unlike standard market offerings with two MPPTs, this system features four independent MPPTs, providing greater flexibility for complex roof layouts and maximizing solar yield in shading conditions.
EP Cube Three-Phase Pro doubles AC output to 20 kW for larger homes and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects. Crucially, the backup port will be integrated directly into the inverter, eliminating the need for a separate smart gateway. Up to five units can be connected in parallel to achieve 100 kW AC power, 120 kWp PV input, and 200 kWh storage capacity, delivering the scalable energy resilience that modern businesses require.
EP Cube's growth across Europe is driven by its commitment to local operations and the trusted network of distribution and installation partners. To introduce its upcoming product lines and gather local feedback, EP Cube hosted an exclusive launch event on June 24 at Munich's iconic Brainlab Tower. Industry friends gathered for skyline views, networking, and an exclusive first look at the next-generation products and future strategic roadmap.

EP Cube showcased its smart home integration capabilities, featuring partnerships with premium appliance brands like Bosch, NEFF, and Gaggenau, as well as support for SG-Ready heat pumps. Through Home Connect and advanced relay controls, the system can automatically power heavy loads using surplus solar energy, or intelligently schedule appliance usage when dynamic electricity prices fall below set thresholds.
The new EP Cube HMI display provides homeowners with an AI assistant to monitor and manage their home energy, featuring a chat interface that offers energy optimization advice. The new EP Cube EV Charger offers full system integration. The 11 kW three-phase charger launches at the end of July, with a 7.4 kW single-phase version following in Q3. Homeowners can charge vehicles using surplus solar, schedule by time slots or dynamic tariffs, and manage charging based on battery state of charge (SoC).
Highlighting its unique design, recognized globally by prestigious awards including Red Dot, iF, and Japan's Good Design Award, EP Cube partnered with artist Alice Hoffmann to host Intersolar's first art exhibition. The collaboration translated energy storage into lifestyles, accompanied by hands-on workshops for designing custom EP Cube accessories.
